Bigg Boss OTT is returning with its second season on VOOT and potential contestants are being discussed. One name that has come up is creative producer Mahesh Pujari. Though not confirmed, sources close to Pujari are saying that talks are underway for him to participate in the show. Other rumored contestants include Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen and newly-turned-father Zaid Darbar, who is the son of Ismail Darbar and husband of Gauhar Khan.
While the last season was hosted by Karan Johar, it was rumored that the second season will be hosted by Salman Khan. OTT follows a slightly different format than the regular television version of Bigg Boss. Divya Aggarwal won the trophy in the first season of Bigg Boss OTT.
Mahesh Pujari has worked as a creative producer for television, web series, and songs in the entertainment industry. The contestant is reportedly “keen” to join the show and will sign on the dotted line soon. Apart from Pujari, other rumored contestants include model and reality show star Poonam Pandey, digital celebrity Faisal Shaikh or Mr. Faizu, and reality show star Munawar Farooqui, among others.
OTT viewers get to see more updates on what their competitors are doing at home, which differentiates it from the regular television version of the show. While Salman Khan was rumored to be hosting season two of Bigg Boss OTT, it now appears that he will be hosting on the OTT platform as well.
